The CORE Academy adheres to the following policies and procedures regarding continuing education courses:

 

Registrant Refund and Cancellations:

Conferences and Symposia:

If you cancel your registration for a conference or symposium, your registration fee, less a 10% service charge, is refundable if written notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the conference or symposium date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date or for non-attendance. Send refund requests to [email protected]

Online Education Courses: 

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. Cancellation requests will be processed minus a $20 administrative fee. Courses will not be eligible for refund if the course has been completed and continuing education credit has been claimed. 

Provider Cancellation or Replacement of Speaker:

CORE Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone any education event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event CORE Academy must cancel or postpone an event, the liability of CORE Academy will be limited to a full refund of registration fees but is not responsible for related costs, charges, or expense to participants, including personal expenses/fess associated with travel/lodging/airfare. 

CORE Academy reserves the right to substitute an equally qualified speaker. 

CORE Academy reserves the right to cancel, postpone or remove from online access any course due to unforeseen circumstances.

Registrants will be notified via email of any changes, cancellations, or postponed education. 

 Complaints/Unsatisfactory Service:

CORE Academy strives to offer high quality professional CE course offerings. If a registrant believes an educational opportunity did not meet the advertised, stated objectives, the registrant can submit a written complaint via email to [email protected] within one week of completing or attending the course. 

Resolution of Complaints:

The CORE Academy Board will convene ad hoc upon receiving a written complaint. The Board will review the complaint and respond to the registrant within 2 weeks of receipt. If a resolution is not reached, CORE Academy will issue a refund to the registrant and revoke any CE credit awarded for the course.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 60 days of CORE Academy giving refund to registrant.
